In this module Lean Strategies International will introduce ordering costs as they relate to item level #inventory Keep in mind that Ordering costs can skyrocket when managing #inventory On one hand you want to keep your inventory levels low so that you don’t tie up cash and on the other hand you want to have inventory on hand so that you are placing a high volume of orders. Both have their positives and negatives. One of the more common ways to go about lowering #orderinginventory costs is to use an approach known as joint replenishment.
