Welcome to part 2 of a cosy, slow, mindful Vlogmas 🎄❤️
This week’s vlog is a glimpse into my life as I move through December with intention — slowing down, honouring my energy, and finding presence in a season that can often feel busy and overwhelming.
I share some life updates, including how exhausted I’ve been after a big year of emotional processing, inner work, and integration. You’ll also see me paint my nails with some festive bows, bake sugar cookies (you can find my famous sugar cookie recipe below), as well as share some self care practices I’m doing at the moment to support my nervous system. I also share some cute advent calendar activities, slow mornings, yoga in the afternoon sunshine and celebrating our third wedding anniversary with a little getaway to Melbourne.
This vlog is an invitation to slow down, move gently, listen to your body, and reconnect with what matters most during the festive season.
I hope it brings you a sense of comfort and calm, and reminds you to honour your own rhythm too.
Love always,Hannah xx

𖤓 My famous sugar cookie recipe:
• 225g butter, softened
• 1 cup caster sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp vanilla sugar (secret ingredient)
• 3 cups plain flour
• A pinch of salt
Cream the butter and sugar together with beaters or a mixer until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla essence and mix well. Add dry ingredients, and mix well.
Roll out the dough. Cut out using a cookie cutter, then bake for about 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, or until lightly golden brown.
