She accelerated into the rear of my car. She insisted that I had no damage, just a "scratch" she said but she smashed the splash guard beneath my bumper cover and worse yet, she hit my tailpipe which in turn bent the exhaust pipes and moved my muffler off the hangar by a whopping 4 inches. The muffler is now hanging loose.
