食材需要的有～

模具～
9吋派盤（22.5公分）

底層～
消化餅乾250公克
奶油（融化）75公克

內餡～
萊姆3~4顆(擠汁）
煉乳400公克
鮮奶油300公克

裝飾～
鮮奶油100公克
糖粉2大湯匙
青葡萄少許
萊姆1顆

Ingredients~

9” pie dish (22.5cm)

Base
250g Digestive biscuits
75g butter, melted
 
Filling
Juice of 3-4 limes
400g can condensed milk
300ml double cream
 
Decorations
100ml double cream
2 tablespoons of icing sugar
A few green grapes
A lime
