നോർത്ത് ഈസ്റ്റ് ട്രിപ്പ് തുടങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ ഇല്ലാതിരുന്ന പ്ലാൻ ആണ് സിക്കിം , ഡാർജീലിങ് വന്നപ്പോൾ കാളിപോങ് വഴി തീസ്താ നദിക്കരയിൽ എത്തി അവിടെ നിന്നും കുറച്ചു ദൂരം മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളു ഗാങ്ടോക്ക് ..എന്നാൽ പിന്നെ ഒന്നും നോക്കാനില്ല വിട്ടു പിടിച്ചു , ചൈന ബോർഡർ നാഥുല പാസ് കൂടെ കണ്ടു രണ്ടു ദിവസം സിക്കിം കൂടെ കണ്ടു തീർക്കാം ഇതാണ് പ്ലാൻ,

തണുപ്പ് കൂടി വന്നു .. കാർ പാർക്കിംഗ് ഒരു പ്രശ്നം ആണ് അതുകൊണ്ടു പാർക്കിംഗ് കിട്ടുന്ന ഒരു ഹോട്ടൽ നോക്കി 1500 രൂപ ഉള്ള ഒരു ഹോട്ടൽ എടുത്തു. പിന്നെ നേരെ മഹാത്മാ ഗാന്ധി മാർഗ് കറങ്ങി നടന്നു അത് കഴിഞ്ഞു റോപ്പ് വെ കേറി ഗാങ്ടോക്ക് മുകളിൽ നിന്നും കണ്ടു, ഗാങ്ടോക്ക് മ്യൂസിയം കാണാൻ വേണ്ടി ചെന്നപ്പോൾ അവിടെ അവധി റൂമിൽ തിരിച്ചു വന്നു.

ഹോട്ടലുകാർ തന്ന ഒരു ടാക്സി നമ്പർ വിളിച്ചു രാവിലത്തെ നാഥുല യാത്ര പ്ലാൻ ചെയ്തു ഒരാൾക്ക് 800 രൂപ അത് കൂടുതൽ അല്ലെ എന്നാണ് വിചാരിച്ചതു. നാഥുല കറങ്ങി ചൈന ബോർഡർ എത്തി , ചൈന ബോർഡർ തൊട്ടു ..പിന്നെ സുമോങ്കോ തടാകം , അവിടെയുള്ള ചില കാഴ്ചകൾ, മഞ്ഞു കട്ടപിടിച്ച കാഴ്ചകൾ. 800 രൂപ മുതൽ ആണ്.

തിരിച്ചു വന്നപ്പോൾ സമയം 7 മണി ആയി ..അന്ന് രാത്രി തന്നെ സിലിഗുരി ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കി മടങ്ങി ..ഇനി ബ്രഹ്മപുത്ര നദി കടന്നു കാമാഖ്യ ക്ഷേത്രം പിന്നെ സാറായി ഘട്ട് യുദ്ധ വഴി.
