Jim was being a good samaritan when he noticed what he believed to be a stolen bus while driving home. In a move that George Zimmerman would be proud of, he decided to follow this bus while talking to a 9-1-1 operator. Unfortunately, the lady couldn't be bothered with Lil' Jimmy's nonsense. To her credit, Jimmy also couldn't be bothered to pursue this bus for any longer than eight minutes and—like all the great crimefighters—simply gave up when his duty became a smidgen too inconvenient.
