The passé composé of REFLEXIVE VERBS // French conjugation course // Lesson 25

The passé composé of REFLEXIVE VERBS can seem complicated because it's a lot of words following each other. In reality, conjugating a reflexive verb in the passé composé is fairly easy. All you need to do is to make sure to add the endings to the past participle. Unless there is a direct object after the verb, in this case, the past participle won't agree in gender and numbers. It's as simple as that :)
Today we conjugate 4 reflexive verbs : S'adapter - Se sentir - Se souvenir - S'asseoir.
