Why I Quit Being a Yoga Instructor After 10 Years

After 10 years of teaching Yoga I stopped teaching it entirely due to very important reasons which I will share in this video. I ran my own yoga school, taught in yoga festivals, went to India for a spiritual trip and did the whole thing. Yet after it all I realized that no matter how much positive claims yoga instructors make - there is a very dark side to it all that needs to be addressed.

For years I used to have a lack of critical thinking. I used to believe many things which had little evidence or truth behind them. These beliefs led me to decisions which did not turn out to my favor. Eventually I discovered critical thinking and changed my life for the better. Now I choose what I believe in with much more care.
