Woodturning: Making a Ring Tool (a hollowing tool) - the Handle

A ring tool (aka, a termite tool) is a hollowing tool with a cutting bit that is a full circular ring of sharpened metal. (The name "termite" comes from the commercial product by Oneway.) In this video, and in a previous video, I build a termite tool from a purchased Oneway cutter, a piece of steel for the shaft, and a chunk of poplar for the handle.
