The Truth Behind the Philadelphia Experiment Part Two. UFO researcher Bill Knell got Philadelphia Experiment and Montauk Project survivors together for a big discussion in 1995 and filmed it. In Part Two, Philadelphia Experiment survivor Al Bielik discusses the time travel experiments of the US Navy while Montauk Project survivor Preston Nichols discusses the various time travel experiments he was involved with. Duncan Cameron is present as well, who says he was involved in the Montauk Experiment as well. This begins with an interesting slide show and then they discuss Project Rainbow, the Phoenix Project, hyperspace, time travel technology and secret government experiments.
