Recent housing market trends along the Emerald Coast of Florida!

There is a False perception that we have SO much more inventory than we did last year. When in reality, fewer Sellers are listing their homes but the homes that are being listed are sitting on the market longer. This is taking us into a market that is not Seller, Buyer, or balance driven. It’s an undefined market. Some houses are selling quickly and some are sitting on the market for 3 months right now. So let's take a look at the current market trends to see what’s selling quickly, what's not, and what price points are those respectively.
