In regards to the self-concept, the main premise is to wire in a new set of beliefs regarding how you feel about yourself and life in general. I’ve said this for many years on this channel and it still holds true, when you change your self-image and the way you think about life (build your self-confidence), life reflects that back to you. I know this from personal experience and through the experience of coaching thousands of clients.

I recommend saturating your mind with these affirmations daily until you begin to believe them consciously.
