This week the IFV News team brings you a story from Kearny New Jersey, where for a short time, Dan and 4 other men called the Valentine House their home. On their path to recovery, Dan and his housemates were re-entering society and reuniting with family and friends while living in Valentine House, a sober living home. They were working or getting jobs, attending recovery meetings, taking care of themselves and their household responsibilities. It was a fresh start, a bright beginning -- until Dan's neighbors, the town of Kearny and its Mayor, turned them out on the street with no where to call home.
