Today I will be showing you how to make Tacos al pastor on the Pit Barrel Cooker. This will be a simple recipe using pre made al pastor. Just head on down to your local Mexican grocery and see what they recommend. If you don't have a pit barrel just keep your grill or smoker around 250 to 275.
