Couldn't do that yesterday episode 283!

Here is a little drumming exercise I did to help work on two handed 16ths funk groove. Slow. tempo is quarter = 80! Really line up the limbs and put the metronome on the off beat 8ths! It changes how you feel the beat and makes you have to internally feel the down beats more in your body! Hope you enjoy and happy practicing!
