In this video, I take us on a journey through one of the most iconic backpacking trails in the Canadian Rockies, the Rockwall Trail in Kootenay National Park.
This 55km trail offers stunning scenery, including glaciers, waterfalls, wildflower meadows, pristine lakes, and of course, the massive limestone cliff that gives the trail its name.
It's an amazing hike and one of the best I've done.
Is it worth it? Yes, without question.
