Spatial transcriptomics is a powerful technique for quantitation of gene expression within histopathology tissue samples, such as heterogenous areas of tumors, their adjacent microenvironment, or related inflammatory and immune cells. The Nanostring GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiling Instrument enables simultaneous, highly multiplex spatial profiling of proteins or RNA in FFE tissues.
