This easy to make syrup adds a punch of peppery goodness to any cocktail you want to make. Pairs very well with other spices such as ginger and hot peppers. Use this syrup to add a little bit of pep to your cocktails. Try it in a Margarita and of course, in a Moscow mule. This Syrup is also an amazing game changer in Tiki style cocktails.
Half a Cup White Granulated Sugar.
Half a Cup Water.
Quarter Cup Whole Peppercorns.
Simmer to dissolve sugars.
Add peppercorns.
Take off Heat and let Steap.
Strain.
Let Cool.
Bottle and Refrigerate.
