Ingredients:
1.5 oz Litchfield Blueberry Vodka
0.5 oz Luxardo Bianco Bitters as needed to taste
0.25 oz Blue Curaçao
0.5 oz Real or Fake Lime Juice*
4 oz Chilled Sparkling Water
2 Tbsp. Popping Fruit Bobba
1 Swedish Fish
*Fake Lime Juice:
Makes X servings
9 grams citric acid powder
6 grams malic acid powder
0.2 grams tartaric acid powder
50 grams phosphoric acid 1.25% solution*
260 grams water
1 gram salt
Whisk powders with water to dissolve, bottle and store in the refrigerator.
