Ayyappa Biryani :
Take a pan
Oil - 4 tsp
Ghee - 2 tsp
Star anise - 1
Bay leaf - 2
Mace - 1
Cardamom- 3
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon- 5-6
Caraway seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Pepper - 20
Cabbage - 100 gms
Fry for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes
Ginger green chili paste paste - 3 tsp
Green chili - 10
Ginger - 1 1/2 inch
Soya chunks - 30 gms
Capsicum - 2
Fry well
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
Basmati rice - 250 gms
Washed and soaked
Water - 1:2
Check salt
Coriander leaves - few
