In this video, we address common questions about the gap between vertical members at the top of pool barriers. According to Section 2.3.7 of the Australian Standard 1926.1-2007, the clear space between adjacent vertical members must not exceed 100 mm at any point.
Learn about the compliance requirements for both straight and curved top fences, and how to measure gaps correctly. We also provide examples of non-compliant panels and discuss necessary rectifications.
