• 2 ounces Irish whiskey
• 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
• 3/4 ounce lemon juice
• 1/2 ounce simple syrup
• 2 cucumber slices
Instructions: Add all ingredients to shaker tin, add ice and shake until chilled. Fine strain into a glass over fresh ice and garnish with a cucumber slice.
