storm marketing for roofers hi my name is David Claussen with Roofing webmasters and we've done over 100 Roofing sites so I'm going to give you some free tips and tricks that you can use whenever there's a storm somewhere in your area you she want to stay within 50 miles of your website if if that's your goal if you're going to go into a different area then you might want to put up a different website for that but so the best way to do that is called pay-per-click or PPC campaigns in the big one is Google ads used to be Google AdWords so that's changed and the other one is Facebook advertising and what's great about key PC or pay-per-click is its geo-targeting so Google loves that they love it when you were a focused in one area and stuff so you can go to a certain areas so for example that's a in Omaha Nebraska there was a storm you can run ads like here above the maps section to do Roofing and we found that it's a great return on investment another one you could experiment with his YouTube ads you can do geo-targeting in that area as well now whenever you do pay-per-click marketing anything you do what they do for your local area you have to do remarketing or ad retargeting it's called so what that is is let's say a potential customer comes to your website Google will put a tracking code on your website they will track that potential customer so when the customer leaves they will see an ad for your Roofing website on other sites that they go to you probably seen that especially of Cromer but I mean they do with most browsers you'll see an ad to website that they've gone too or you know you've done it too so that's remarketing they call that remarketing high-end for Facebook it's called pixels pixel so you definitely want to do that if you're going to do a pay-per-click campaign now on your website you want to make sure you have a section for storm damage and the best thing is have separate pages for like emergency roof repair roof damage insurance claims roof hail damage roof leak repair roof wind damage and they include some good content with it and Google will love that and you will rank higher in the search engines by doing them now they must make sure especially to do pay per click cuz it can get a little pricey make sure you have a mobile-optimized website because you know especially with with an emergency you know people on their phones they got to click it and it has to be optimized for that and this is really important to on your website make sure you have a clickable phone number so when they click on the number their mobile phone is going to dial it right away you know and you can also have you know of another call to action is schedule an appointment what's kind of good about it too is if you are within that 50 miles it's good for your organic search Google will see that you're advertising more people are coming to it and they tend to not always but they tend to then give you higher rankings and if you have any questions about pay-per-click or getting leads from a storm and hail storm feel free to give me a call 303-957-0651 and we are a roofing digital marketing agency in what's so unique about us all of our employees work in the same office in Fort Worth Texas and that's very very unusual in the industry most digital marketing firms are going to Outsource it to India or the Romanian and it doesn't work you just don't get good quality work so in another thing that separates is that we follow the rules of Google so many companies are there try to do black hat techniques and tricks and long-run it doesn't work so you know we're very unique marketing company in our industry and like I said we've done over a hundred Roofing website so we know exactly what we're doing so I hope those tips and tricks to help you out in you know if you want to do them by yourself you can do that you know just you know do the pay-per-click marketing when there's a storm and you should be able to get some pretty good results.
