Finally, it is time for an update! Epic devs have been hard at work updating their engine to be more stable and compatible with the Apple Silicon chips, and they have been largely successful.
In this video I will be going through great new additions, which are now stable on macos, namely: Nanite, Lumen, Virtual Shadowmaps, and Niagara sims.
However, there are quirks, bugs, and oddities, which I will talk about – please note that this is a not exhaustive list, and i plan on submitting bug reports and contributing to related forum threads as i come across new problems (and if you have the time, you could help out the community as well in similar fashion)
