Ride to Rock Cut State Park around the lake and back from HHS parking lot (about 11 miles)

Harlem High School Parking to via some pavement and some trail around the lake and back
5:26 Passing under Perryville Road
6:35 Turning onto trails from pavement
7:40 Short but steep and loose with some roots
8:15 Down Tree. First step-off
10:36 Left to enter the gulch (more technical) right for what I call Tick central for a detour
12:26 Steep and loose! Better be in an easier gear but not too easy
17:00 Getting back on trail headed for heart rate hill
17:21 Left for Gradual clime leading to heart rate hill right for Double Heart Rate
18:53 Right for Heart Rate Hill then stay left
22:08 Right onto Hart Road(trail) headed towards campgrounds
24:15 Sandy sections throughout the next few mins (I stay right)
26:02 Right for the figure eight section
31:20 Left on Harvey Road(trail) for a nice 1/4 mile climb or right to head down towards the lake edge and kids fishing pond
35:40 If you stay straight you can follow lake edge all the way to the Concession stand
37:10 right onto Harvey Road (Trail) which eventually dead ends into Harlem Road
39:25 Right to stay in the Park straight to exit the park on Harlem Road
41:05 Right to an easier way up via switchbacks stay straight for a steep "root alley" climb as I call it
42:52 Go left to get to several miles of more technical climbs in Willow Creek or Right to get back to the main road
