📝 Ingredients
For Chicken Marination (500g boneless chicken):
1 tsp salt
1½ tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
¾ tbsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1½ tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp curd (yogurt)
1 tbsp oil
For Cooking Rice:
1½ cups basmati rice (soaked 30 mins)
2½ cups water
Salt to taste
1 tsp ghee
For Masala Base:
3 tbsp oil
1½ tsp cumin seeds
2 onions, finely chopped
1½ tsp ginger garlic paste
1 green chilli, chopped
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp cumin powder
2 tbsp curd (room temperature)
Crushed kasuri methi (optional)
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander
Juice of ½ lemon
Fried onions (for garnish)
