Inspired from a concept by Seba98Net.
This is a true combo because 236S is hitting on the 1st frame of landing after s.2C hits. The s.2C 236S buffer is set up such that even though 236S has 2 active frames, it will hit on the block only frame and it is a true unavoidable reset. The dummy was set to tandem reversal to ensure this setup was real.
