Kylie Toberman was found dead Friday afternoon. Prosecutors said Arnold B. Rivera killed her and then concealed her body in a RV behind her home.
Prosecutors charged a 43-year-old man with the murder of a 14-year-old Illinois girl late last week.
The girl's biological mother, Megan Zeller, identified her as Kylie Toberman. She was reported missing at about 6:30 a.m. Friday and was found dead later that afternoon, Illinois State Police said.
In addition to a charge of first-degree murder, Arnold B. Rivera was also charged with one count each of aggravated criminal sexual assault and concealing a homicidal death.
