In this video, I’m sharing my real experience with a 3D-printed prosthetic leg, and how I finally overcame fear, improved my coordination, and learned to confidently walk stairs again—hands-free and without fear.

🦿 My proven routine (Step-by-step):
Take off your leg and work the knee or residual limb on the Sand Dune Stepper for 10 minutes
Put the leg back on and step up/down, gradually adding high knee movements
Wrap your feet with @two8band, do hip bridges to activate your glutes
Perform double and single leg deadlifts for strength and balance
Practice walking stairs — start hands-free, later try while carrying things
Repeat daily. Have fun. Track your progress.
