Random Damage Build

So, this is a short list of all the random stuff that can happen:
H-elf Lightning storm dragonmark
7% Paralyzation from sharadi
7% random damage from sharadi
Enders set Sovreign vorpal
possible bonus electrical damage from elemental ring set
possible bonus cold damage from elemental ring set
every 5 seconds bonus acid damage from IOD weapon
H-elf warlock diletantte 1d4 fire damage ( this has been scaling with something but only counts as a level 10 warlock )
Anything from colors of the queen randomly
10% chance of warlock confusion ( makes mobs friendly for a bit )
Possible tar bubble proc but i am unsure of the proc %
