In this video I teach you two breath-work techniques, which when combined equal the best techniques to help you sleep deeper and combat insomnia!
These techniques are suitable for everyone but if you have any concerns or medical conditions, always consult your medical professional first.
Bear in mind that there are many factors to be considered, especially if you suffer with severe insomnia, anxiety, panic disorder or obstructive sleep apnea. But these techniques are a great place to start. They also may not be an instant fix, but when practised long term, will make a big difference in helping your nervous system to regulate and your body able to better rest.
