O efeito de IPS Glow acaba com o recurso de local dimming do monitor, mesmo com a opção ativada no maximo e o brilho do monitor em 30~20% é como se a imagem estivesse com vazamento de luz, o preto é cinza mesmo após as cores serem ajustadas.

Tenho um outro monitor whitelabel com painel VA que o contraste e o nivel de preto é muito superior a esse da TCL, se você está procurando pelo preto perfeito definitivamente não recomendo esse modelo, talvez o de 27 polegadas o preto seja bem melhor por ser painel VA mas esse aqui por ser IPS é o famoso preto cinza.

Passa nem perto de parecer com um painel OLED.

O HDR é muito bom, as cores são vividas e o branco é bem luminoso, o brilho maximo que o monitor atinge é bem acima de média.

The IPS glow effect completely ruins the monitor’s local dimming feature. Even with the option set to maximum and the monitor brightness at around 20–30%, it looks like there’s light bleeding — blacks appear gray even after color adjustments.

I have another whitelabel monitor with a VA panel, and its contrast and black levels are far superior to this TCL one. If you’re looking for deep blacks, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this model. Maybe the 27-inch version is better since it uses a VA panel, but this one, being IPS, has the infamous “gray blacks.”

It doesn’t even come close to resembling an OLED panel.

The HDR, however, is very good — colors are vibrant, whites are bright, and the monitor’s peak brightness is well above average.
