I've been electric boarding for 2.5 years. This is my first build, V1. I went from Evolve - Lacroix 12s - Lacroix 18s - DIY.
Starting up the conversation for electric skateboard acceleration.
This is a 6.9 second 0-50 MPH acceleration run. This is a record, as far as I know. 50 MPH is around 72% duty cycle with this gearing, so I have enough headroom to further reduce gearing. I have a few ideas to improve acceleration. Immediate goal is 0-50 in 5.XX.
