⚙️ Calibration Procedure Overview
1. Wiring Setup
Connect load cell: EX+, EX–, SIG+, SIG–
Connect 24V DC power: V+, V–
Connect output: 4–20 mA
2. Zero Adjustment
Remove all load
Adjust ZERO potentiometer
Set output to 4.00 mA
3. Span Adjustment
Apply known test weight
Adjust SPAN potentiometer
Set output to 20.00 mA
4. Linearity Check
Test with multiple weight points
Ensure proportional output change
Fine-tune if required
