The time has finally come to paint the shell of my 1979 Mk2 Ford Escort RS2000! In this video you will see it go into the booth and then be sprayed in 2 pack by Vaughne, followed by a walk around of the car showing the final result, which I am very pleased with! The engine bay had already been done previously, which you can watch in my older videos. The colour is paint code X which is Lemon Lime, a colour unique to the Australian RS2000 (it wasn't available on standard mk2's). Apologies for the occasional interference from the fluro tubes while it was being painted. The body of the car has turned out super straight and the paint does look fresh, I'm very stoked!
