High quality version of Quiet Room by Pagan Babies, released on the compilation album "The Best Of Babes In Toyland & Kat Bjelland". This recording was taken from Kat Bjelland's master tape of the Real Eyes EP. Sound quality is noted to be a bit rough but it's the only HQ version of any song from the Pagan Babies EP. Recorded in 1985 and released in 1986.
Pagan Babies was Courtney Love on vocals, Kat Bjelland on lead guitar and backing vocals, Deidre Schletter on drums/piano and Janis Tanaka on bass guitar. This was the forth and final song on the EP, written about Courtney Love's time at Hillcrest Youth Correctional Facility. The lyrics are derived from a poem of the same name, written by Courtney Love in the 80s. I will pin the lyrics in the comments!
