This video I was using Carve, but I have been experimenting with Execute and on Twitch it's also solid option - more testing is required.

The point of this build is combination of very solid performance of glaive against hordes and all elite types with javelin's great monster DPS.
Hanmaiden makes this combo possible because both of these weapons benefit greatly from attack speed bonuses - glaive is slow and javelin has long reload. Additionally, HM also greatly boosts javelin's already high monster dps with power from pain due to very high extra damage on crits of jav light attacks. And as a bonus for glaive, avelin has a very good movetech, whilst glaive (defacto) doesn't have one.

Now, while this is build does have very solid DPS into all enemy types, the team comp did serve to make it shine more than it usual would - dwarf & krub had special sniping builds (i.e. generally low dps) and WP is fine dps + ults directed at me + stagger aura actually which is quite impactful for glaive.
All this meant that I was able (and required to) have much higher impact than one might have, had their team been more oriented towards raw dps (gk/zealot/etc.).
However, this build is capable of dishing out enough damage to be the main dps of the party on a pretty standard Twitch setting.

Also, as almost always, I was stupidly stingy with bombs and pots...
