Bringing Our Suffering Into the Light of Loving Awareness

Never underestimate the value of a good heart talk! Knowing that our psychological suffering is not real does not automatically take away the pain that comes with it. Bringing those old patterns of thinking and feeling of the 'separate self' from the past up into the light of awareness now, possibly sharing them with a trustworthy friend, can help to make their 'unreality' really 'not real' in our actual experience, so to speak.
