The discussion also highlights extraordinary value in gold and silver mining stocks. Compared to historic norms, miners are trading at extremely depressed levels relative to the price of gold. Technical data from long-standing indices shows these equities challenging an 11-year base, setting the stage for a potential explosive move higher.
