This will fix your horizontal line problem occurring to your old Panasonic CRT TV (a Panasonic sickness as they get older). While the TV get older the vertical ic solder joint mounted on a heat-sink get weakened because of the hot and cold cycle to solve this problem we must re solder the 13 pin with a new solder. (year 2002 Panasonic CRT TV)
