In each episode, we will showcase the exquisite culinary experiences and refined interior designs of outstanding restaurants. Hosting the series is none other than Susan Jung, food columnist, pastry chef and the Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau Academy Chair for the World’s 50 Best Restaurants and Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants. In our first instalment, Jung is joined by model-turned-culinary author Vanessa Yeung at Alain Ducasse at Morpheus, the six-time Michelin two-star restaurant at the Morpheus Hotel in City of Dreams, Macau. The philosophies of Alain Ducasse are not lost on Chef de Cuisine Cedric Satabin, who honours traditional French gastronomy and regional produce with innovations.
