Check declumper flap—may fold over time; reposition with Allen key if needed.
Burrs are still sharp after 8 months—no significant wear.

Reinstall O-ring (introduced in DF64 Gen 1 v4+).
Align burrs at 6 o’clock position.
Tighten screws evenly (use a wrench to hold burr in place).
Ensure zero point is accurate (burrs should just touch).
