Slow Roast Duck Legs and Braised Red Cabbage in the Wood Fired Oven

Do try this recipe in the falling heat of the wood fired oven - the low temperature braises the cabbage beautifully and the duck bakes low and slow so the fat all comes out and the skin crisps up. A great dish for after Christmas or over the New Year; in fact at any time!
