🇻🇳 GRILLED SEA URCHIN: Place sea urchin on the charcoal stove. Grill for 3 mins and add scallion to pot. Continue grilling for 3 more mins.

STEAMED LOBSTER: Steam the lobster for 20 minutes with a bit of MSG.
