Known as Vinyasa Flow, build strength and tone your entire body with this dynamic form of yoga. Yoga FLOW is a flowing sequence of yoga postures designed to open up the body, move energy and detoxify every system of the body at the same time.

This practice allows you the space and time to explore your body in the poses enhancing your strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and focus.

This class is suitable for all levels - from the absolute beginner to the more advanced practitioner. We encourage you to modify as you need to and rest when you need to rest. *
