Both right and left brake drums have cracks in them. I didn't see the cracks till all the oil & grease was cleaned off. I'm going to try to get another set of brake drums off my Brother in law who has a few old H's on his farm. What a bummer. I did read on some of the forums that this was common for the early H's and the brake drums were redesigned later on. If I can't find any, I'm just going to run the ones I got. Also work has started on the top cover preparing it for installation. Can't wait to get this transmission all covered up. Take care and thanks for watching...
