We visited Sushiro To The Future, a limited-time flagship sushi restaurant at Expo 2025 Osaka. As a Western tourist, I wanted to experience what this futuristic sushi concept was all about.
This location features high-tech ordering screens, sushi delivered via an express lane, and even interactive mini-games like Dakkosushi and the Expo-exclusive Uni Catch Game. While we didn’t try the special “Fish of Tomorrow” sushi — made with sustainable, land-farmed seafood — we did explore the menu and enjoyed some Sushiro classics!

– Onion salmon
– Salmon with cheese
– Broiled salmon with basil
– Kids’ set with stickers
📍 Location: Forest of Tranquility Zone, at the heart of the Expo site
