The CONCERNS About James Gunn's Batman

The Brave and the Bold is set to be the introduction to the DCU’s Batman, based on Grant Morrison’s run on the character, and will center on Bruce Wayne coming into contact with his biological son, Damian Wayne. The movie will reintroduce audiences to the Bat-Family for the first time since 1997’s Batman & Robin, directed by Joel Schumacher. The story is being crafted by James Gunn and whoever is writing the screenplay. This new Batman will stand apart from previous iterations, including the DCEU and Robert Pattinson’s performance in The Batman, with the DCU set to showcase a version of Batman interacting with Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, and the rest of the Justice League in the inevitable future. The Bat-Family roster will likely comprise heroes such as Nightwing, Red Hood, Batgirl, Tim Drake, and Damian Wayne as the new Robin.
