Will absolutely hit the mark and remove any excuses not to get in a quick blast no matter how short on time you are
This is also a no repeat chest workout meaning we never repeat the same exercises twice, which is always lots of fun and feels like it goes by so quick
What we have is
8 Chest exercises
45 secs of each
15 secs rest/transition time
1 Round
For an awesome 8 minute blast. If you feel you have more in the tank or a little more time, feel free to double or triple it up for an even tougher workout
If running one round, really try pushing yourself with your weights for an even tougher workout also
