With this video I wanted to bring #awareness to the difference between a #Repressed and #Suppressed memory along with my first moment of understanding the difference.

#Recovery from any #traumatic event (that diminishes your self worth and strips you of your true self) is a daily task.
We peel these layers of #trauma away as we move towards a life of #love and #happiness.
I've personally overcame tremendous hurtles and only hope by sharing what worked (and continues to work) for me, with other people looking to get away from #abuse of any kind.
